The Margaret River Chocolate Company has again been highly successful in the Perth Royal Show’s chocolate competition.
The company won a swag of awards at the annual show, including seven gold and four silver medals.
A newly created sea salted caramel truffle, which uses local cream, butter and French sea salt won gold, along with several flavoured gourmet bars and the company’s famous Irish Cream truffle.
The gourmet bars were a big hit with the judges, with gold medals for the Orange, Mint, Macadamia and Fruit and Nut bars.
The company’s praline hearts, dark cherry delights and Red-gum honey crunch won silver medals, as did its gourmet truffle selection box.
