The Margaret River Chocolate Company has again been one of the most successful exhibitors at Sydney’s Royal Easter Show, beating competition from around the nation in various chocolate categories.
In only its second year of competition outside Western Australia the company secured one of only two gold medals in the highly coveted hand-made truffle category for its special Christmas truffle and also won a silver in the same category for its Malibu coconut truffle.
The Margaret River Chocolate Company also won another gold medal for its Premium Dark Bar and won silver medals for its Premium Milk Bar and Chilli Chocolate Bar.
Last year in its debut at the Sydney show the company’s ginger and cointreau truffles both won silver medals as no gold medals were awarded.
