At our Metricup property, dogs are welcome on the grounds but are not permitted inside the showroom or café.

At our Swan Valley property, dogs are not permitted either on the grounds or inside the premises.

Of course, Guide Dogs are always welcome at both locations.

We offer a specific Vegan 100g bar, however most of our Dark chocolate products are essentially vegan but cannot be promoted as vegan as they may contain traces of milk.

Yes we accomodate both in our showroom and cafe in all 3 stores. Please visit the online store to filter and show the gluten free options.

Yes we do, please visit our online store and filter the products to show the nut free options, and visit our cafe in person. We try our best to accomodate, however all products and food are made in areas where there can be cross contamination.

The Margaret River Chocolate Company makes all of its chocolate products in Western Australia and has sourced its raw couverture chocolate from Barry Callebaut, one of the world's leading manufacturers of chocolate and cocoa products, for more than 25 years.

We recognise that child labour and farmer poverty remain significant challenges in parts of the global cocoa industry, particularly in West Africa. These are complex issues that cannot be solved by any one company alone. What we can do is choose suppliers that are committed to improving conditions for cocoa-growing communities through responsible sourcing and long-term sustainability programs.

Barry Callebaut's sustainability strategy, Forever Chocolate, together with the Cocoa Horizons Foundation, focuses on improving farmer livelihoods, protecting human rights, restoring nature and increasing the traceability of cocoa through the supply chain. The programs support child protection, farmer training, education, women's empowerment, community development and sustainable farming practices, with progress reported publicly
each year.

We review our sourcing arrangements regularly and continue to monitor developments in sustainable cocoa sourcing.

Yes we do, we have an assortment of cakes. Which are $70.00 each. Unfortunately you're unable to BYO unless prior arrangement is made, and in this case you will be charged a cake handling fee.

Yes we are, we're open every day of the year except for Christmas Day in our Margaret River and Swan Valley factories. Our Perth City store is closed on public holidays.

Yes entry is free at all 3 venues.

We don't offer tours into our factories unless you are attending a chocolate making class. However we can organise for one of our chocolatiers to speak to the class, please email if this is something you're interested in.
