This giveaway is run by The Margaret River Chocolate Company.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents only
• Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry
• Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter or win

Competition Period

• The giveaway opens at 12:00am on 15/04/2026
• The giveaway closes at 11:59pm on 31/05/2026
• Entries received outside this period will not be considered

How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete the entry form on the Promoter’s website and confirm subscription to the mailing list
• Incomplete or invalid entries will be ineligible

---

Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a Mystery Hamper from The Margaret River Chocolate Company totalling a value of $100+
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash

---

Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries
• The draw will take place following the close of each monthly competition period
• The winner will be notified via email on 03/06/2026
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize

Prize Collection / Delivery

• The winner must collect their prize from one of the following locations:
  • Margaret River
  • Swan Valley
  • Perth City
• Delivery within Australia is available at an additional charge of $30 to cover shipping costs
• International postage is not available

Publicity

By entering, entrants agree to the use of their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.

Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or any other circumstances beyond its control.

Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this giveaway and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if necessary
• No employees of the Promoter are eligible to enter or win the prize
