PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket purchases and attendance at Official Tasters events hosted by The MRCC Workspace ("MRCC", "we", "our", or "us").

By purchasing a ticket and attending our Official Tasters event, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ticket Purchases

1.1 All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

1.2 Tickets are valid only for the event date and session specified at the time of purchase.

1.3 Tickets may not be resold, transferred for commercial gain, or used for promotional purposes without prior written consent from MRCC.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

2.1 Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event start time.

2.2 Refund requests received less than 72 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

2.3 Where a cancellation request is received at least 72 hours prior to the event, MRCC may, at its sole discretion:

• Issue a full refund; or
• Provide store credit for the value of the ticket.

2.4 Store credit, where issued, will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

2.5 No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for:

• No-shows;
• Late arrivals;
• Partial attendance;
• Change of mind within 72 hours of the event.
  

3. Event Changes & Cancellation by MRCC

3.1 MRCC reserves the right to modify event details, including venue, timing, hosts, presenters, products, or tasting lineup where necessary.

3.2 If MRCC cancels an event, ticket holders will be offered either:

• A full refund; or
• Transfer to a future event.

3.3 MRCC will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel, accommodation, parking, or other expenses.

4. Attendance Requirements

4.1 Attendees must comply with all venue rules, staff instructions, and responsible service requirements.

4.2 MRCC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, intoxicated, unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate.

4.3 No refund will be provided where entry is refused or attendance is terminated due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Food & Beverage Allergies

5.1 Tastings may include products containing allergens.

5.2 While reasonable care is taken, MRCC cannot guarantee that products are free from allergens, cross-contamination, or ingredients that may cause adverse reactions.

5.3 Attendees are responsible for advising staff of any allergies, intolerances, dietary requirements, or medical conditions before consuming any products.

6. Responsible Consumption

6.1 Where alcoholic beverages are included, attendees acknowledge they are of legal drinking age and will consume products responsibly.

6.2 MRCC reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to any person in accordance with applicable liquor licensing laws.

7. Photography & Marketing

7.1 Photography and video recording will occur during the event.

7.2 By attending, you grant MRCC permission to use photographs, video footage, and other recordings in which you may appear for marketing, promotional, social media, and advertising purposes without compensation.

7.3 If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify event staff upon arrival.

8. Liability

8.1 Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.

8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRCC excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, illness, expense, or claim arising from attendance at the event.

8.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Privacy

9.1 Personal information collected during ticket purchase or event registration will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and MRCC's Privacy Policy.

9.2 Information may be used for event administration, customer communication, and marketing purposes where consent has been provided.

10. General

10.1 MRCC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia.

10.3 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
